These general terms and conditions of sale apply between LES ENFANTINES SARL with a capital of 205,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 12 rue Guichard 75116 Paris (France), registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 798 746 582

Any natural person making a purchase via the website www.lesenfantines.com ("the Site"), an e-commerce site published and operated by LES ENFANTINES SARL. Hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". The present terms and conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of distance selling between LES ENFANTINES SARL and the Client, from the order to payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
Article 1 : ORDER
The Customer can place an order from the online store. In case of difficulties during the ordering process, a telephone assistance is available at 0984140101. Placing an order on the Site implies the creation of a customer account. The customer thus registers his billing and delivery details, data that he can modify later. To place an order, the Customer must be of legal age or an emancipated minor and have the legal capacity to contract or be the holder of a parental authorization allowing him/her to place an order on the Site. Any order validated by the Customer implies the latter's express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices, descriptions and characteristics of the products and of these General Terms of Sale. The payment of the order formalizes in a firm and definitive manner, without any reserve, the sales contract between the Customer and Bioqualitis SARL. After validation of the order, LES ENFANTINES SARL will send the Customer a receipt by e-mail, provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain any error. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. LES ENFANTINES SARL reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular: supply difficulties or unavailability of the product foreseeable impossibility of delivery failure or error in the customer's order Dispute(s) with the customer total or partial non-payment of a previous order of the customer refusal to authorize payment by credit card from banking organizations
Article 2 : CONFORMITY AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
On www.lesenfantines.com are put on sale products of high quality. The Customer is informed of the availability of the articles sold and the delivery time on the site through the information page of each article. In the event of an error in the availability of an ordered product, LES ENFANTINES SARL will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The Customer will have the option of replacing the product with another of equivalent quality and price, or cancelling the order. LES ENFANTINES SARL expressly reserves the right at any time to add new products, delete them or change their presentation, without prior notice to the Customer. LES ENFANTINES SARL shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract entered into in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product.
Article 3: PRICES
The prices of the products are expressed in euros, excluding shipping costs. Shipping is free for all orders over 400 euros in France. Gift boxes are sold at a price of 4.80e (including VAT). LES ENFANTINES SARL reserves the right to modify the price of products at any time. However, the price applied will be that in effect at the time the order is placed. You may also benefit, during certain periods, from promotional offers on certain products. These offers will be announced online on the site and will be valid during the period indicated and always within the limits of available stocks.
Article 4: PAYMENT (SECURITY OF PAYMENT)
The payment of the order is made by credit card. For online payment by credit card, only cards bearing the "CB" symbol, "VISA", "EUROCARD" or "MASTERCARD" accepted in France are accepted. LES ENFANTINES SARL uses all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online. Validation of the order by means of the credit card number and expiry date constitutes a mandate to pay the price of said order. Payment is deferred for 3 working days following the placing of the order. An electronic invoice is established for each delivery. For environmental reasons, the invoice will only be sent by email. Any complaint concerning the invoices must be brought to the attention of LES ENFANTINES SARL by email within 7 days of their receipt. Otherwise, they are considered accepted without reservation. In the event of non-payment in full, LES ENFANTINES SARL reserves the right to put the client in default or to take legal action. All costs of such proceedings shall be borne by the client. The client agrees to return any product not paid in full to LES ENFANTINES SARL, all costs to be borne by the client.
Article 5: DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME
Our shipping department is open from Monday to Friday, except for holidays or exceptional closure of the Site. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday can only be processed on the following Monday (except for public holidays). Orders placed on a holiday will also be processed on the next business day. The delivery of the ordered products is carried out at the delivery address indicated at the time of your order with La Poste.

The products are packaged in such a way as to ensure optimal protection of the products during their delivery. However, if the parcel arrives damaged, it is advisable to make precise reservations on the carrier's delivery slip (e.g.: broken carton, damaged carton or other - the mention "subject to unpacking of the parcel" is not valid) and inform LES ENFANTINES SARL as soon as possible. By signing the delivery note without reservation, you acknowledge having received the number of packages indicated on the latter and no claim relating to the condition of the package(s) may be accepted a posteriori by LES ENFANTINES SARL.
Article 6 : AVAILABILITY
In the event of unavailability of the product ordered, LES ENFANTINES SARL shall inform the Customer by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated at the time of ordering. The Customer then has the option of either being delivered a product of equivalent quality and price, within the limit of available stocks, or of being reimbursed for the price of the order within thirty days of payment of the order.
Article 7 : RIGHT OF RETRACTATION AND RETURN
If however, an article is not suitable, the Customer has up to 14 days, as from the date of reception, to return the article in its original packing. To return an item, simply follow these steps: - Put the item in its original packaging with the product labels. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded. - Attach a copy of the delivery note and check the boxes of the items you wish to return. - Send the parcel by Colissimo to the following address Les Enfantines 12 rue Guichard 75116 Paris The refund will be made within 21 days on the credit card, after reception and control of the package. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer, unless the error was made by LES ENFANTINES SARL. Items on sale will not be reimbursed, but will be credited.
Items that are the subject of a special, limited-time operation will not be exchanged or refunded.
Article 8 : WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The products marketed by LES ENFANTINES SARL are subject to the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In addition to the legal warranty against hidden defects resulting from Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the products sold to the Customer benefit from a manufacturer's warranty of conformity. The date of the invoice will be taken into account as the beginning of the warranty. Any potentially defective product will be examined by the LES ENFANTINES SARL after-sales service. Products found to be "defective" will be subject to a standard exchange.
Article 9: PERSONAL DATA
LES ENFANTINES SARL undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the Customer on the Site and to process such data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer may exercise his/her right of access to the file, his/her right of opposition and his/her right to rectify or delete information concerning him/her by sending a request by e-mail to contact@lesenfantines.com.
Article 10 : APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The present general conditions of sale are carried out and interpreted in accordance with the French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to contact LES ENFANTINES SARL as a matter of priority in order to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise between the parties. In the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Court.
Article 11: MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
LES ENFANTINES SARL reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time.
